Doona-Stroller/Carseat
This, IMO, is one of the greatest travel products out there. I had friends raving about theirs, so I got ours on a Black Friday sale the week my oldest was born, used my registry discount and got a great deal, but would have gladly paid full price seeing how much I’ve used it since. It isn’t my primary stroller but I cannot imagine traveling without it. It is a complete game changer for travel. It’s one of the most brilliant designs and actually weighs less than my normal infant car seat, can turn on a dime and is narrow enough to navigate the plane aisle as a stroller. It folds up and fits in booths at restaraunts, in the airplane seat, on train seats, you name it.
I have the rain cover (which I unashamedly used as a germ shield during Covid era and when around people who cough) and it lets them see out but have a little barrier. What I love about this is the ability to pop it easily into a rental car, family car at the airport, uber or any other transit, take it on trains or buses and then drop the wheels and go. It comes with a base, but is secure to strap in using the carseat and no base when traveling.
